What if nonprofits all worked together, sharing knowledge and resources as a sector? What if we had a more just society? What if people were more engaged and active in their communities?
As we move through the next 25 years, our sector needs to collectively ask ourselves: what can we do to prepare to serve a region of 2 million people and ensure our community is thriving?
It Starts With You…
On April 9, 2025, the Beyond The Status Quo Summit convened over 500 leaders from Edmonton’s human services sector to lay the foundation for a new way of working together.
The Summit explored innovative approaches to answering some big questions:
- What if we could redesign the human services ecosystem?
- What if the human services ecosystem was connected and coordinated?
- What if we combined our creative solutions to address the complex challenges we all face?
